Continuing the series of blogs on learnings derived from CTAP – COVID-19 Transparency and accountability in Africa: our work and reflections to date and The struggles to get and use data on COVID-19 funds in Africa – we want to next focus on coalition building and communications to COVID-19 restrictions, closing civic space and prioritizing opportunities to promote collaboration and take action have been important challenges that our partners have had to face.

This video presents an overview of our 100+ stakeholder network, illuminates how partners are dealing with challenges, and describes our thoughts moving forward. In addition, we have been producing communications strategies and tools to influence key audiences’ willingness to engage with the project activities. The below deck shows the diversification of our partners’ communication tools to achieve their communication goals in each country.
